Jordan Harris

Jordan was born in Wichita, KS and attended Wichita Public Schools from Kindergarten through High School. From there, Jordan enrolled at Butler Community College for two years before transferring to Wichita State University, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Upon graduating and looking for entry level management jobs, he was hired to manage the cleaning company of Spirit Aerosystems. After three years, Jordan realized that it would be best if he began working for himself to build a legacy for his family. Jordan launched the nonprofit organization, The Pickup Game, where he helped at-risk youth gain skills and knowledge that weren’t taught in schools. After surviving on unemployment checks for about six months, Harris saved up $45 to purchase a vacuum cleaner from Walmart. He took that vacuum cleaner, created the name, Dream Clean, and knocked on commercial doors, asking if he could clean their building. Gaining one location at a time, Harris grew Dream Clean to be one of the largest janitorial services in Kansas. Once Dream Clean grew to a certain level, Harris took money out of Dream Clean to invest in a new daycare center, in which he partnered with his wife, Marissa, and other members of his family. Angel Wings was launched in September 2017 with 18 children. Today, Angel Wings has over 130 enrollees. Today, Jordan is working to grow his newest venture, Love Thy Neighbor Real Estate Investors. Jordan formed this business with his brother, Lance, and his sister, Lindsay. Jordan and his wife have two daughters, Mariah (7) and Londyn (3).

Marissa Harris

Marissa was born and raised in Wichita, KS. She has her Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in early childhood development from Wichita State University. Marissa also has training in Play Therapy (in which the philosophy is: children learn and heal through play). She has operated her own licensed in-home daycare for almost 3 years, which has allowed her to be at home with her daughters, Mariah (7) and Londyn (4). Today, Marissa is co-owner of Angel Wings Learning Center. She grew up helping her grandparents with their daycare and gives them much credit for the teaching strategies she has adopted. Marissa believes that children learn best through experience and observation of others around them. It is our job to help guide them and create a safe environment for children to enjoy their experiences.

Alexandria Harris

Alexandria has a natural love for children. She has worked with children her entire life, which includes working at multiple licensed daycare centers/preschools. She has experience working in very fast paced, demanding environments, which is a must in the childcare field. Alexandria earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in general studies with an emphasis in early childhood development from Wichita State University. She has run two in-home daycares and has three sons, Michael (6), Lincoln (4) and Lane (2). Now, Alex is a co-owner of Angel Wings Learning Center, where she enjoys working with her best friend, Marissa. She enjoys doing whatever is necessary to put a smile on each and every child’s face. Her vibrant, genuine personality makes everyone she comes into contact with feel welcomed and loved. Alexandria enjoys teaching children different concepts through expression and dance.

Lance Harris

Lance Harris was born and raised in Wichita, KS. As a senior in high school, Lance won the 6A State Championship in basketball, while playing for Wichita Southeast. Lance played basketball for Butler Community College. Lance transferred to play basketball at University of Pittsburgh at Titusville, where he became a top 20 scorer in the nation, garnering multiple awards such as All-Region Honors. After receiving interest from the Wichita State University basketball program, Lance decided to play basketball for the Shockers for two years. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies and began working at Cessna, overseeing their janitorial company. After about 5 years, Lance left Cessna to become a co-owner of Harris’ Dream Clean. Today, Lance enjoys making music, as well as managing Dream Clean operations and purchasing homes with his real estate group, Love Thy Neighbor. Lance is married to Alexandria and he has three sons (Michael, Lincoln and Lane).

She worked for Sedgwick County for 29 years before retiring. She later became a children’s book author when she wrote Varsity Dreams.
